Dads pancake recipe. Sometimes add blueberries or split the flour to make it 1/2 whole wheat

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. mix the dry ingredients together and make a well in the center.

  2. Melt butter in microwave and set aside.

  3. beat egg by hand and add milk. Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Pour cooled butter into mixture and stir.

  4. Add vanilla and stir.

  5. cook.
