Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 medium Egg
1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tbs Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.5 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Beat egg; add remaining ingredients in order listed and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Grease heated griddle if necessary.

  2. Pour batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles but before bubbles break. Bake other side until golden brown.
