Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

3/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.

  2. Beat wet ingredients separately.

  3. Stir wet and dry ingredients together.

  4. Cook on pan or griddle at 325F, flip once.
