Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
3 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
2 egg white
2 cups skim milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. sift dry ingredients together

  2. combine eggs, oil, applesauce, milk then add to dry ingredients

  3. mix with fork till combined and lumpy

  4. let sit while griddle heats

  5. cook batter in 1/4 cup increments
