Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbls sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp Canola Oil
3/4 cup sugar free syrup
2 tbls Salted Whipped Butter

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix first seven ingredents and mix. Do not over mix

  2. Heat griddle, spray with non stick cooking spray

  3. Make 6 pancakes

  4. add butter and syrup at table
