Becky's Whole Wheat or Spelt Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups flour, 100% whole spelt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup honey
2 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Stir in liquids. Add water if too thick.

  3. Use steel ladle almost full for one pancake.
