Betty Crocker recipe; 3 servings per batch

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Grease heated griddle if necessary. For each pancake, pour about 3 tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other sides until golden brown. Nine 4-inch pancakes; 100 calories per pancake.
