Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

3/4 c 100% whole wheat flour
3/4 c White Flour, Unbleached
1 t baking soda
4 t white sugar
1 c 2% milk
1/2 c 100% Egg Whites
1 T vanilla extract
2 T cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Next time, don't use wheat flour.

  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar in medium bowl, set aside.

  3. Beat together milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Fold mixture into dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix it. Then, stir in cinnamon.
