Nice and fluffeh. Makes about 12 large pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes.

2 cups bisquick mix
2 cups vanilla soy milk
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Pancakes.

  1. Mix 2 cups of bisquik mix with 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk. If it is too heavy for you, keep adding more milk until the the consistency is right for you. I just keep adding milk until it is easy to make big circular pancakes without it running too thin to flip it over.

  2. I use the dry 1/4 cup measure to pour the batter onto the frying pan and medium-high heat. Wait about 15 seconds, then flip it over. If your skillet is properly heated and greased (I use pam) you should have one beautiful pancake on your hands :]... Well not literally. There directions CAN be found on the back of the bisquik box... I just add extra milk X].
