Banana pancakes, low fat, low cholesterol

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 c whole wheat flour
1 c all purpose flour
2 c quick oats
1/4 c brown sugar
4 egg whites
1 c plain yogurt
3 medium bananas
2 t vanilla
2 1/3 c 1% milk
1 T baking powder

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Add wet ingredients.

  3. Cook pancakes on electric griddle at 325 degrees.
