whole wheat pancakes, olive oil used to cook them in not added into the recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 t. salt
1 T. baking soda
2 eggs
2 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

mix all dry ingrediants together add milk and then eggs. cook in 1 T. olive oil add 2nd T. as needed.
