Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup flour
1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Add wet to dry and mix until incorporated. Batter will be lumpy. Makes 12 pancakes.
