Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup milk
2 tbs vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix Dry ingredients

  2. In a separate bowl,mix wet ingredients.

  3. Make a well in center of dry ingredents and add wet; mixing until just blended(will be lumpy)

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto lightly greased griddle. Flip over when bubbles start to form.
