Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups skim milk
4 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and let sit a few minutes to rise. Scoop batter by large spoonfuls onto a hot griddle to cook. When edges begin to appear dry and bubbles begin to form, flip and continue cooking on second side until golden brown.
