Yummy, quick pancakes. Serving is 2 pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
5/8 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp splenda
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients. Mix well. Measure about 1/4 c. batter and pour onto hot skillet (sprayed with cooking spray). Cook until the batter appears rubbery around the edges and the bubbles forming on the top start to pop. Flip to cook other side. When other side is golden brown, remove from skillet and keep warm until ready to serve.
