Basic home made pancakes, with half the added salt of original receipe. Makes 9 4 inch pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup white flour
1 cup 1% fat milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons corn oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.

  2. Mix egg (slightly beaten), milk and corn oil.

  3. Mix egg mixture into flour mixture.

  4. Cook on non-stick griddle at 350 degrees until bubbles break on unflipped side, flip and cook until pancake rises back to full size when pressed gently in the middle.
