Lovely pancakes for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

250 ml low fat milk
150 grams wheat flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 salt
1 tsp baking powder
25 grams butter

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Melt butter

  2. Mix ingredients in bowl and whip.

  3. 2 tbsp dough = 1 pancake

  4. Serve!
