Blaine's recipe for pancakes. Makes 12, one serving=2 large pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 c Oil
1 1/4 c. Milk
1 1/2 c Flour

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Combine egg, milk and oil. Whisk thoroughly.

  2. Add Baking powder and salt to egg mixture. Mix.

  3. Add flour, stir only until combined (which will help make the pancakes fluffy).

  4. Let sit five minutes while the griddle warms up.

  5. Cook on a preheated griddle until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Enjoy with Maple syrup or Buttermilk syrup.
