A delicious recipe, not so good for nutrition though...

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
7 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup water
3 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. In a medium bowl whip the egg, mix in the milk, water, sugar and salt, start adding the flour one tbsp at the time mixin well after each addition, finally add the baking powder.

  2. On a hot skillet, add one tsp oil, pour one third of the batter, let cook on one side, untill bubbling on the top, flip over and let cook on the other side, repeat with the left two thirds of batter. Serve warm
