serve with fruit, low cal yoghurt & maple syrup

Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

2/3 cup flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. mix first 3 ingredients.

  2. Let sit for 1 hour in fridge,

  3. Apply thin coat of oil to frying pan.

  4. Pour small amount of batter into pan, swirl to evenly coat.

  5. Turn when browned.

  6. Let cook until other side is browned

  7. Repeat until all mix is used.

  8. Serve
