Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

1/2 c flour
1/4 c wheat flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 T oil
1 egg
5/8 c milk

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. Sift all dry ingr together. Make well and add liquid ingr. Mix til just cme together, may still be lumpy.

  2. Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat til hot. Drop 1/4 c of batter on hot griddle and cook til starts to bubble. Flip and cook 1-3 min longer.
