Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 cups lowfat buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil until light & fluffy

  3. mix wet and dry ingredients with a light hand for no more than 20 seconds

  4. use 1/4 cup measure for each pancake
