THICK homestyle pancakes by Anthony

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups Skim Milk
3 tbsp Margarine
2 tbsp Sugar
5 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Whip Eggs until fluffy

  2. add wet ingredients, mix

  3. add dry ingredients, mix until smooth

  4. put cooking spray on hot griddle

  5. Pour on hot griddle (heated to 325)

  6. when you see air holes coming through,

  7. check the bottom side for color, & flip pancakes.

  8. Serve with your favorite syrup!
