Easy, simple to make. Basic Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp margarine
2 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Sift flour, powder, salt

  2. In a different bowl, combine egg, milk and melted butter

  3. Combine until smooth and fry in pan until golden brown.
