Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbs margarine
1 cup fat-free milk

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. mix dry ingredients.

  2. separate yolks and egg whites.

  3. mix yolks and wet ingredients.

  4. add wet to dry ingredients and whisk.

  5. add egg whites. whisk.

  6. cook.
