Whole-grain pancakes, makes 10 very large pancakes, top with fresh berries

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.

  2. Add eggs, oil and half of the milk. Begin to mix, continue to add milk until desired viscosity is reached.

  3. Pour batter onto nonstick pan, until about 6-7" in diameter. Flip pancake until edges dry and bubble appear on surface. Remove when done.
