Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

1 cup Bisquick
2/3 cup skim milk
2 tbsp egg beaters

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. 1. In small bowl, stir all ingredients.

  2. 2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.

  3. 3. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook other sides until golden.
