Basic pancakes recipe Made 06/03-8/10 Good, solid pancakes. Puffy, light, no whole wheat taste. Would be awesome with some bananas and/or nuts mixed in.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp canola oil
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
13 g. sugar, raw
1 cup whole Milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. Heat griddle to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat griddle with spray oil.

  2. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the eggs, milk or cream, oil and vanilla. Mix with a fork or whisk until blended, approximately one minute.

  4. Pour batter onto heated, seasoned griddle. Cook until bubbles form on raw side. Flip and continue to cook until steam stops rising from pancake. Approximately 1 minute per side.
