you can use milk or buttermilk. 1/4 eggbeaters can be substituted for the egg. makes 9 large pancakes or 12 smaller ones.

Recipe Ingredients for pancakes

1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for pancakes

  1. mix dry. mix in wet.

  2. cook on medium heat.
