from Betty Crocker cook book - this is a double batch. Use 1/3cp per each pancake

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups 1% milk
6 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

  1. mix dry

  2. mix wet

  3. pour by 1/3 cp fulls onto greased hot pan
