A low fat family favorite (my kids couldn't tell!)

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes

2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients and then wet ingredients. Cook on lightly buttered (1/2 tsp) griddle at 375. Makes 15 pancakes.
