1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for pancakes (old fashioned w/ blueberries)

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mix wet ingredients & beat eggs

  3. heat griddle

  4. pour large spoonfulls of batter

  5. flip when bubbles form

  6. enjoy!

  7. Recipe makes 10 large pancakes

  8. 1 serving = 1 pancake
