Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes Oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup egg beaters
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 g spenda

Recipe Directions for Pancakes Oatmeal

Process all together in a food processor or blender until fairly smooth. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and let it get warm/hot. Cook over medium heat until brown.
