I didn't have any milk, so I used oil & water instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes - No Milk

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Pancakes - No Milk

  1. Sift together dry ingredients

  2. Mix together wet ingredients

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients

  4. Cook on the Griddle
