I cut the oil by 1 tablespoon and the sugar by 1/2 tablespoon.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes-Homemade

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
6 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 Eggs White Extra Large

Recipe Directions for Pancakes-Homemade

  1. Heat griddle to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Add wet into dry and stir together.

  3. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to distribute batter onto preheated griddle. Cook until bubbles appear or edges looked cooked. Turn and cook until brown.

  4. Makes 14 pancakes.
