Recipe Ingredients for PANCAKES-Buckwheat/Wholewheat

1 1/2 cups Soy Milk
4 tbls flaxseed
12 tbls water
8 tsp olive oil
2 tbls brown sugar
3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
3/4 cups buckwheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for PANCAKES-Buckwheat/Wholewheat

  1. Combine Milk, flaxseed, oil, water and brown sugar.

  2. Combine flours, baking powder, salt, baking sode.

  3. Mix liquids and dry ingrediants until blended. Add blueberries.

  4. Cook on griddle until done.
