Recipe Ingredients for Pancake

1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 tablespoon natural bran
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup egg white
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Pancake

Mix all ingredients except maple syrup. Cook on medium heat in non-stick skillet for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
