2 large Egg, White
1 serving Iso whey Zero
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pancake Protein

  1. 1. add 2 egg whites to a bolw

  2. 2. add a scoop of protein powder

  3. 3.add fruit or cacao powder and cinnamon to taste.

  4. 4. Mix well

  5. 5.Pour the mix on a hot pan cook and enjoy
