1 1/2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup soy milk, Silk
3/4 cup applesauce

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Spoon small globs onto medium (6/10) high skillet lightly covered in vegetable oil.

  3. Flip after 13-60 seconds.

  4. Wait until golden brown on both sides and enjoy!
