A wonderful blend of what makes pancakes good, only it comes out looking like a cake.

Recipe Ingredients for Pancake cake

3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon salt
3 3/4 cup almond milk
6 eggs
3 tablespoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Pancake cake

beat eggs slightly. Add butter in milk. Add dry ingredients. Beat only until flour is mixed. Batter should be lumpy (do not overmix). Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 375 degrees (convection) for 25 minutes until knife comes out of center clean.
