4 serving Organic Whole Wheat Flour - 365 Everyday Value (Whole Foods)
2 serving Old Fashioned Whole Grain Oats (Kroger Brand)
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
0.5 cup Granola
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
14 oz Buttermilk
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 egg Organic Eggs
1 tbsp Aunt Sue's Honey

Recipe Directions for Pancake - Banana Granola Crunch

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 1 cup whole wheat flour

  3. 1 cup rolled oats

  4. cup granola

  5. 1 - 2 cups lowfat buttermilk

  6. 1 banana

  7. 1 tbsp baking powder

  8. tsp salt

  9. 1 tsp cinnamon

  10. 1 tbsp honey

  11. Combine dry ingredients except granola. Add egg and honey and lightly stir. Add 1 1/2 - 2 cups of buttermilk until desired consistency is reached (nutrition information assumes 1 3/4 cups). Add sliced bananas and granola to mix and lightly stir. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. You may use butter, but you will need to add the nutrition data separately. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter and pour into skillet (should make roughly a 4-5-inch pancake). Serve pancakes on their own or with syrup.
