Recipe Ingredients for Panbaked Fingerling Potatoes

1/2 pound fingerling potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe Directions for Panbaked Fingerling Potatoes

Heat oven to 450. Heat cast iron skillet to medium high. cut fingerling potatoes in half. Heat olive oil in skillet place fingerling potatoes cut side down in hot pan and brown. Sprkile with seasoning salt and stir. Transfer potatoes to oven and bake for 15 minutes to make sure potatoes are completly cooked.
