Recipe Ingredients for Panang Tofu

14 oz Organic Lite
1 serving Panang Curry Sauce
1 serving Panang Curry Sauce
14 oz Organic Extra Firm Tofu
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.75 cup Pure Coconut Coconutmilk
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.5 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 lime yields Lime Juice
4 oz Baby Cut Carrots
5 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Panang Tofu

Heat the coconut milk (canned) and curry sauce over medium heat until the sauce dissolves, then add 3/4 cup water, a splash of Silk coconut milk and all the vegetables/tofu, and bring to a boil. Add basil, lime and sugar to taste. Serve over jasmine rice.
