Pan-seared tilapia with black bean salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Pan-seared tilapia with black bean salsa

24 oz tilapia
2 tsp Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
15 oz reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 papaya
1/4 cup red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pan-seared tilapia with black bean salsa

  1. Season fish with lemon pepper

  2. Make and chill salsa

  3. Combine beans, papaya, red onion, jalapeno, lime zest and lime juice

  4. Cook fish in olive oil in skillet

  5. Spoon salsa over fish before serving
