Red Snapper with lemon, vinegar & oil, honey & dijon mustard.

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Seared Red Snapper

8 oz. red snapper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup green onions
1 teaspoon ginger, ground

Recipe Directions for Pan Seared Red Snapper

  1. Rinse fish under cold water & pat dry.

  2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Dip fish in sauce.

  4. Cook in frying pan for 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat.

  5. Add rest of sauce, reduce to simmer. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until fish is flaky.
