Pan seared chicken breast with pan sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Pan seared chicken with pan sauce

1.91 lbs All-Natural Chicken Breast
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Pan seared chicken with pan sauce

  1. In large non-stick skillet, heat TBSP oil

  2. Add chicken, but into 4 oz portions

  3. Cook on high for 5 minutes each side

  4. Cover and turn to low, cook until done, about 10 minutes

  5. Remove chicken

  6. Turn temp back to high

  7. Use broth to deglaze the pan

  8. Add the milk and bring to a boil, stir to thicken,

  9. pour over chicken
