Delicious seasoned chicken that you can put on top of salads, in a wrap or just enjoy by itself!

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Seared Chicken

3 Serving Chicken
4 tbsp Olive Oil
6 tsp Kosher Salt
6 tbsp Pepper, Black
4 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tsp, ground Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Pan Seared Chicken

  1. pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees

  2. wash the 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts and coat both sides with 3 tbs. olive oil

  3. create a crust of the salt and freshly ground pepper on both sides of the breasts

  4. heat up a sauce pan and add 1 tbs of the remaining olive oil, add the chicken when the oil begins to look clear

  5. add the garlic (just crush the cloves do not chop) and herbs (you can used dry or fresh depending on your preference) cook each side for 2 minutes

  6. place the pan in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes or until juices run clear
