Recipe Ingredients for Pan-Seared burgers

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. parsley, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pan-Seared burgers

Mix all ingredients together, then form 4 oval shaped patties. In a Med/Hi skillet, pan sear patties until browned on each side; turn heat to Lo and cover to simmer until ready to serve. Serve with pan juices.
