Big thick pancakes. We call them panscones

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Scones - Blueberry

1 cup organic white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs soy milk powder
2 tsp Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
2 tbs Vegan Buttery Sticks
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Pan Scones - Blueberry

  1. Mix all dry

  2. Work in vegan butter with a pastry cutter or fork until well mixed throughout

  3. Add water and blueberries

  4. Stir until just mixed

  5. Scoop out with 1/4 cup measurement and flatten into oiled med-hot skillet
