3 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Pan Salmon

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Season salmon fillet and add to pan.

  3. Turn when fillet easily comes up off the pan surface without sticking.
